I wish I had words to describe the quality of work Michael performed for us on this Third but not last time to or home, he's a man of his word, he's never left us waiting, he's updated us on his arrival times, he's installed security cameras all around our house , he's added outlets, mounted or TV with hidden plugs. Michael installed a hardwired EV charger in my garage and threaded conduits through my wall to hide my mounted TV wires. I was referred to him by my mom, who had him set up an outlet for her home sauna last year. Seamless, efficient work. Fast to respond. On time and professional. Prices were also fair. I understand why this business has 5 star reviews. Michael answered the phone personally on a Saturday afternoon, said he would come out the next morning which was Super Bowl Sunday. Came out at 10am, figured out and fixed the problem. Fair pricing, great attitude and service. Will definitely recommend to others and call again if have any other issues.

The appointment was set up easily and kept. Michael worked quickly to diagnose the problem causing the gfci to my sprinkler system to trip and fix the problem. Replaced other gfci outlets in my house quickly. The price was good too. Will be calling on him again.

Michael Ayala and his co-worker Danny replaced several 2 prong outlets with 3 prong outlets. That alone was an all day job due to the amount of outlets. The next day they upgraded the electrical panel from 100 to 200. Another all day job. On the days leading up to the jobs, Michael would communicate any job related concerns, i.e. , I would need to have the hole patched, stuccoed and painted that would be left from the installation of the new electrical panel. Did I have anyone? If not, he could recommend someone. He would communicate if his start time changed. He would text when he was in route. His communication skills are excellent! When he had all the wires in place in the wall for the 3 prong outlets (but not the wall plates on yet) he took me around so I could visually see the work. Everything they moved, they put back. They clean up after themselves. He moved the refrigerator and for some odd reason, someone had installed a copper line for the water line and it was kinked so when it was moved, it made a hole in the copper. Michael came back the next day with a flexible line and fixed it at his own expense. When they were done there was an issue with the internet not working. He stayed and help troubleshoot and didn't leave until it was up and running again. This young man is exceptional. If you are looking for a really good electrician, Michael is your man. Oh, and his rates are very good also.

Michael helped change 10 light fixtures in my home in one day. He's a great communicator, very efficient with time, and best of all the work he did was professional and seamless. Called Michael yesterday afternoon regarding a problem with an eighty year old subpanel in my garage. Needed it repaired asap due to my garage door was inoperable and so was my washer and dryer. Said he could come by tomorrow morning around 7 AM and replaced two subpanels along with rewiring an outdoor waterfall. Prompt, efficient and very nice to work with. I will hang onto Michael's card and refer to my neighbors. Hopefully no problems in the near future, but I do know who to call if the electrical gremlins strike again.

Michael Ayala from Ayala Electric is an amazing electrician. I have a home built in the 1950's and Michael helped to bring my electrical up to the 21st century. In addition to changing out all of my two-prong outlets to grounded 3-prong outlets, Michael also added GFI outlets in the Kitchen, Bathroom, and Family Room. Michael also installed a new bathroom fixture and a new dining room fixture. But the biggest impact Michael made was to add recessed lighting with dimmer switches to my Living Room, Kitchen, Pantry and Hallway. This upgrade added the biggest impact on how the house looks. Ayala Electric was very fairly priced, quick and clean. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Give Michael a call. You will not be disappointed!
